"Another Search Warrant" was executed at the Head Offices of CMC-Italy in Ravenna. The warrant was in relation to Bribery and Corruption charges allegedly occurring in relation the the construction of dam project in Mozambique. Led away in handcuffs and formally charged, was Senior CMC Executive, Mauro Ceccoli, in charge of "Business Development for Africa." Ceccoli was charge with bribing a senior member of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs regarding the dam project in Maputo. The Headquarter Offices of CMC-Italy were padlocked by investigators for a period of two weeks while searches took places for documents relating to the project in Mozambique.
